Sales Director for Facilities and HVAC

About the Role
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing new client relationships, meeting personal sales targets, and expanding into new regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other forms of outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the facilities or HVAC industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local territory
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- $75,000 - $80,000 base salary, dependent on experience
- Uncapped commission potential, with estimated total on-target earnings of $100k - $120k+
