Operations Strategy Manager

Role Overview: This position is pivotal in nurturing relationships with T-Mobile Fiber partners while delivering operational support to achieve growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals. The selected candidate will champion operational excellence, enhance communication, and optimize processes and systems with our partners. Responsibilities include auditing partner-customer interactions to ensure peak performance and identifying opportunities for improvement, influencing leadership to take necessary actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits on installation and service call appointments to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Provide strategic insights by identifying and analyzing critical gaps in partnerships and driving resolutions.
- Ensure accurate reporting and data management to track costs associated with partners and vendors in Fiber operations.
- Develop innovative solutions to challenges; simplify complex issues through clear communication and actionable metrics.
- Aim for operational excellence by implementing scalable systems and processes within Fiber Operations.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years).
- A minimum of 4 years in an operational environment.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
- Experience in cross-functional project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions.
- Demonstrated history of high achievement.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation: Base Pay Range: $84,800 - $152,900. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%. The pay range is indicative of the general base pay for a successful candidate in this role, with actual pay dependent on various factors including location, qualifications, and experience.
