- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical product management, with a focus on end-to-end product requirements across multiple technology teams.
- Experience in the payments, retail, or financial services sectors as a technical product manager.

- An understanding of large-scale systems and service-oriented architecture.
- Proven ability to lead and achieve consensus in a matrixed organization with various stakeholders.
Additionally, you should be adept at communicating complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, managing trade-offs, and evaluating new ideas collaboratively with internal and external partners. Your analytical skills will enable you to derive insights from data and construct compelling business cases.

Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science degree coupled with 5 years of technical program management experience, or a Master of Science degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of technical program management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
An MBA or equivalent experience, along with 8+ years in Technical Program Management and a successful track record in a matrixed organization. You should possess the ability to think strategically while also executing tactically.
