Colorado Licensed Survey Project Manager

King Surveyors, a division of Landpoint, is seeking a highly skilled Colorado Licensed Survey Project Manager to join our team in Windsor, CO.
Key Responsibilities:- Familiarize yourself with firm-client contracts and develop project plans to meet client and firm objectives.
- Organize work on the project, schedule field crews, and coordinate with CAD Technicians to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progression, notify clients of changes in scope, and prepare estimates for additional fees.
- Attend project meetings and maintain a positive relationship with clients and team members.
