About the Role

Galloway & Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Survey Manager to join our team. As a key member of our survey team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of survey services, including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographical surveys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and execution of survey services, including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographical surveys.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their survey needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage and oversee the work of survey staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in survey services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of survey experience, with a strong background in land surveying, principles, and practices.
  • PLS (Professional Land Surveyor) certification required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with project schedules and budgets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
