Job Title: Survey Technician

Location: Denver, CO (Will travel throughout Colorado)

Salary: $34.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: Aerotek is seeking a full-time Survey Technician to assist and manage underground construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with tunnel design, inspection, and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a 2-man survey crew.
  • Assist in survey and instrumentation jobs.
  • Measure survey points using EDM.
  • Stake for tunnel offsets and inverts.
  • Mark and report cut and fill for tunneling operations.
  • Provide QA/QC and daily reporting.
  • Perform 2D AutoCAD drafting.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Survey Technician or Party Chief.
  • Experience with AMTS, EDM, Rod & Level, and geotechnical instrumentation.
  • PLS or LSIT certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Trimble survey equipment and software.
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License.
