Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with construction teams to execute civil projects at the highest level, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Implement core values in day-to-day operations, ensuring that individual priorities align with departmental and company goals.
- Provide vision and direction for the survey department, review and determine its structure, oversee processes and drive continuous improvement through direct reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, while maintaining client satisfaction and meeting company standards.
- Establish and monitor clear objectives, and present departmental performance succinctly to management for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of construction survey experience, with a strong background in Heavy Civil or Heavy Highway projects.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Exposure to DOT regulations and guidelines.
- P.L.S. certification preferred but not required.
