Commercial Real Estate Title Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Title Paralegal to support our attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in title searches, due diligence, and documentation to ensure our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough title searches and examinations for commercial properties.
  • Prepare and review closing documents, including title insurance policies, deeds, and lease agreements.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including the review of surveys, zoning regulations, and environmental assessments.
  • Coordinate and manage closing processes, ensuring all documents are prepared and executed accurately and on time.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate transactions and address any concerns.
  • Maintain and organize files, ensuring compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
  • Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
  • 5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal, with a focus on commercial transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of title insurance and real estate law.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in legal research and document management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
