US Housing Consultants is seeking a highly motivated, entry-level client services administrative professional to work remotely from their home office in New Hampshire.

Key qualifications include:

  • Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate various online platforms, including Office products such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and other word processing programs.
  • Ability to use judgment and discretion regarding confidential company and client information.
  • Task management, ability to prioritize, and easily transition between tasks.
  • Adaptable to changing situations, with smoothness and timeliness.
  • Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
  • Detail and process oriented, ability to be thorough, catch, and correct errors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Travel and scheduling knowledge a plus.
  • Experience in Property Management and/or Affordable Housing a plus.
  • At least 2 years of Microsoft Office experience.
  • High School or equivalent.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Project coordination of staff schedule and travel.
  • Engaging projects with clients through emails and calls.
  • Data research online.
  • Consulting clients through emails and calls.
  • Managing client data through software.
  • Supports team effort by contributing to additional work, as assigned.
