We're seeking a skilled Digital Content Coordinator to join our team at CCA Global Partners. As a key member of our Retail Group, you'll be responsible for creating and curating engaging content for our member websites.

This role involves providing creative direction, sourcing images, conducting SEO research, and building out content through our content management systems. You'll collaborate with our team to ensure SEO and content best practices are followed, and communicate and drive local content marketing strategies for individual stores to enhance organic SEO.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough SEO research to craft compelling and creative original content
  • Editing content to maintain consistent quality, voice, messaging, and brand alignment
  • Loading content, making website updates, and optimizing SEO properties through our CMS
  • Managing and updating content via our CMS, ensuring accurate SEO properties are captured and correctly applied
  • Collaborating with internal teams using project management software to communicate and document completed work
  • Providing guidance to other teams when necessary
  • Offering creative direction, sourcing, and resizing images for new website content
  • Assisting with reputation management and providing support to additional teams needing content assistance

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, SEO copywriting, or account management
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to discuss broad or complex concepts and simplify them into clear, concise messaging
  • Solid understanding of basic SEO implementation and content writing
  • Solid experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)
  • Experience with SEO copywriting and platforms such as Conductor, Bright Local, and Surfer SEO is a plus
  • Experience with CMS platforms (like WordPress), Google Analytics, and HTML is a plus
