Redaptive Inc. is seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Project Finance expert to collaborate with our expanding teams across the US and India.

This role is crucial and demands extensive cross-departmental cooperation with Redaptive's Sales, Program Development, Finance, and Legal divisions to effectively structure financial aspects of project transactions from the initial proposal phase through underwriting, funding, contracting, and closure.

Your contributions will directly influence Redaptive's financial success by adeptly structuring agreements to completion while ensuring the company's profitability.

This position is primarily focused on internal operations and will report to the Director of Deal Structuring and Proposal Operations.

Essential Skills & Technical Competencies:
Proven experience in financial modeling and the ability to create comprehensive models that accurately depict cash flow.

Proficient in Excel:
Capable of designing or reverse engineering financial models to streamline complex analyses.

Strong financial understanding:
Able to articulate concepts such as IRR, DCF analysis, NPV, ROI, and Margin Analyses.
Competence in identifying key financial assumptions and trends that could affect future outcomes.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in project finance modeling.
Basic knowledge of energy conservation practices and measures.
Familiarity with reading and interpreting legal contracts.
An interest in staying informed about the evolving market landscape and regulatory policies related to the renewable energy sector.
Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Engineering, or equivalent (required).
4+ years of relevant experience (financial modeling, data analysis, project finance) (preferred).
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (required).

Travel Requirements:

Salary Range:
$78,000 - $103,000 (subject to adjustment based on relevant experience, skills, and location).
Annual bonus target: 15% of base salary.
