  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage and follow up on Transmittals.

The Lead Project Coordinator possesses the authority to draft and submit change orders, as well as to initiate or halt production processes to adhere to deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, networking, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Teamwork and sound judgment skills are essential.
