Role Overview:
This pivotal position necessitates extensive collaboration across various departments, including Sales, Program Development, Finance, and Legal, to effectively structure project transactions from the proposal phase through to funding, contracting, and finalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and structure financial proposals.
- Manage the financial aspects of project transactions to ensure profitability.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Essential Skills:
- Proven expertise in financial modeling and cash flow representation.
- Proficient in Excel, capable of creating and refining complex financial models.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to articulate concepts such as IRR, DCF analysis, NPV, ROI, and Margin Analyses.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $78,000 - $103,000, adjusted for experience and skills.
- Annual bonus target of 15% of base salary.
