Under the supervision of the Director of Admissions, Enrollment, and Recruiting, the Enrollment Specialist II/III plays a crucial role in assisting and advising prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process for Workshops for Warriors programs. The Enrollment Specialist II/III elucidates the admissions process, reviews eligibility criteria, and provides insights into the financial commitments associated with the programs, while also educating individuals on the use of available financial assistance options such as SkillBridge, GI Bill, and Title 38 Educational Assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students throughout the enrollment journey by addressing inquiries, directing them to essential information, and clarifying the admissions process.
  • Engage with potential students via phone, email, and SMS regarding enrollment in WFW programs.
  • Assess the eligibility of prospective students based on admissions and campus standards.
  • Ensure accurate completion of applications and the submission of necessary supporting documents.
  • Gather information and qualify candidates for various programs, services, or courses.
  • Offer guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidates.
  • Maintain communication with students throughout the enrollment process to ensure receipt of required documents.
  • Stay updated on new programs and developments within the organization to provide the most current information to prospective students.
  • Document detailed records in Salesforce (CRM) for prospective students throughout the enrollment cycle.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly reports on progress, conversion, and related metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve strong results.
  • Meet daily activity metrics and expectations set for the department.
  • Follow up with prospective students to arrange appointments, school tours, class observations, and assist with housing and financial aid needs.
  • Act as a backup for the Director of Enrollment as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily (with or without accommodation). The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience with databases/CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, admissions sales, customer service, higher education, or a related field.
  • Experience in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Military experience is a plus.

Position Details: This is a full-time hourly (non-exempt) position (40+ hours/week).

Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is competitive and will be determined based on various factors including skills, qualifications, and experience.

Work Environment: The employee works in an office setting within an urban industrial area, with additional mixed-use spaces such as classrooms and workshops.
