About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at RP Filters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining market presence within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across OEM, HVAC Distribution, and Filtration Distribution channels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to expand market share.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote RP Filters' products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to address any technical issues that arise.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent RP Filters at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on HVAC or filtration products.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the HVAC or filtration industry.
  • Strong high-level communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent active listening skills to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and intuitive nature to anticipate and resolve issues pro-actively.
  • Relational empathy to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Effective negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
  • Strong time management skills, with experience managing a territory and juggling multiple priorities in an outside sales role.
  • Persuasive abilities to communicate the value proposition of RP Filters' products and services convincingly.
  • Growth-minded attitude with a passion for winning with people and achieving collective success.
