Regional Sales Manager

Alkira, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Mid-West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise companies to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for Alkira's solutions.
  • Pitch and demonstrate Alkira's cloud networking solutions to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure seamless sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and close large deals within complex sales cycles, leveraging expertise and resources to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with cloud, networking, and security solutions, with a strong understanding of enterprise customer needs.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a sales territory, with a focus on high-performing sellers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
