Position: Community Canvassers and Team Leaders

Compensation: $23-25/hr + bonuses

Employment Type: Full-time & Part-time

Compensation Details: Canvass positions start at $23/hour, while leadership roles begin at $25/hour. We provide additional benefits such as overtime pay, bonuses for referrals, and paid training opportunities.

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts are available, accommodating both full-time and part-time schedules.

Responsibilities:

Canvasser Duties ($23/hr):

  • Engage with the public in a courteous and respectful manner
  • Communicate a compelling campaign message
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance outreach skills
  • Adhere to safety protocols and health guidelines

Team Leader Duties ($25/hr):

- Includes all Canvasser Duties plus:

  • Supervise a small team of canvassers in the field
  • Ensure team members have necessary materials for success
  • Assist in training and administrative tasks
