We are not considering remote opportunities at this time.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage our customer service '@realpeople' email inbox with timely, thoughtful and above-and-beyond responses
  • Onboard Gorgis to help manage and track social media DMs and comments (both paid and organic channels)
  • Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and fans through consistent communication and engagement – you're the key to helping make them our biggest 'Taste Buds'.
  • Lead influencer discovery and outreach to influencers that align with our Seven Sundays' ethos
  • Manage product seedings and product giftings to new and existing influencers
  • Support the Marketing team in brainstorming creative campaign ideas and disruptive "ways to win" in the PR / social / influencer space
  • Create and manage a comprehensive system for managing consumer feedback through ratings and reviews on multiple platform such as Amazon, Thrive, Instacart, Sam's Club, etc.
  • Support shopify - PDP creation, inventory management, product updates, collection organization, and more.
  • Attend product quality meetings from time-to-time
  • Takeover in-office retains testing and acceptance process
  • Report and track weekly KPIs
  • Various sales, marketing and content support as needed
