Job Description

Job Title: Carelon Account Executive III

Location: Colorado

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Carelon Account Executive III to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth and client retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Provide input on regional growth strategy and contribute to the development of business plans
  • Lead client meetings, upsells, and RFPs/rebids
  • Serve as a key client contact for independent resolution and innovation
  • Coach Account Managers as needed
  • Lead and influence communications with C-suite leadership on company value proposition and alignment to client strategy
  • Manage client expectations and negotiate mutually beneficial contract terms and deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and/or account management, strategy, or sales support operations
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
