Job Title: Account Executive

At R.Kries, we're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships.
  • Develop and manage client contracts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
