EquipmentShare is on the lookout for a Regional Safety Manager to be based in Houston, TX, contributing to our expanding team.

This role involves collaborating with the company’s safety team across various locations to assist General Managers, Service Managers, and support safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform safety assessments at designated EquipmentShare sites.
  • Partner with General and Service Managers to address issues identified in safety reviews.
  • Deliver training on essential topics such as First Aid, CPR, and AED.
  • Analyze data from assigned locations to pinpoint adverse trends that can be addressed through proactive measures.
  • Conduct investigations into accidents as required by the EquipmentShare safety team.
  • Support locations with compliance actions related to DOT regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a safety-related role is preferred.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time, potentially outside the assigned region.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in the workplace.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to an airport offering domestic flights.
