Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous individual to fill the role of Safety Administrative Coordinator. This position is essential for providing comprehensive administrative assistance, managing data reports, and supporting various clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver administrative assistance to the safety division
  • Organize and update personnel records
  • Retrieve and file documents, records, and reports efficiently
  • Draft correspondence and prepare analytical reports
  • Support translation efforts as required
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to maintain equipment documentation
  • Engage in regular meetings with management to discuss departmental reports
  • Uphold confidentiality concerning safety and security matters
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities
  • Proficient in data entry and word processing
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous
Work Schedule

This is a full-time role, typically requiring around 40 hours of work each week. The position may also involve occasional travel to various locations.
