Job Overview

The Construction Site Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining high-quality standards, and overseeing the timely execution of exterior construction projects. This position requires collaboration with subcontractors to adapt to evolving project demands.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Work closely with the sales team to assess project specifics, including scope, materials, and client expectations.
  • Track project progress, proactively identify and address issues or delays, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve project objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of roofing professionals, including crew members and subcontractors.
  • Provide clear guidance, delegate responsibilities, and ensure the team comprehends project requirements and safety standards.
  • Encourage a positive work atmosphere, fostering teamwork, professional growth, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Coordinate resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Oversee inventory management of roofing materials and equipment, aiming to minimize waste and enhance cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and uphold quality control measures to guarantee roofing installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct inspections and quality assessments throughout the project lifecycle, promptly addressing any deficiencies.
