Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, directing, and evaluating nursing care during an assigned shift
  • Coordinating unit activities and directing, organizing, and assigning work to nursing staff
  • Addressing patient care or service problems as necessary

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current, valid RN licensure in the State of Washington
  • CPR certification
  • Four years of clinical experience in a long-term care/nursing home or acute care setting
  • Demonstrated skill in prioritizing daily operations and organizing required resources
