Swedish Health Services seeks a Clinical Transplant Coordinator RN to join our team at Swedish First Hill. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $100,000 per year.

About the Role

The Clinical Transplant Coordinator RN is responsible for coordinating clinical aspects of organ transplantation as applied to the transplant recipient. Key activities include evaluation, work-up and pre-transplant and/or post-transplant medical and surgical care of potential recipients. The coordinator will be actively involved in developing the program and acting as a liaison to referring physicians and dialysis centers.

This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail to ensure seamless patient care. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will participate in 24-hour on-call coverage from home. Assisting in maintaining records (written and computerized) and providing information necessary for complete patient care is an important aspect of this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Experience with or willingness to master the use of the transplant database.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (without certification must actively pursue and attain certification within 2 years of hire).
  • 2 years experience in the field of organ transplantation or critical care nursing.
