Opportunity Overview:
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a talented RN to fill the role of Specialty Clinic Float. This position involves providing nursing care to a defined group of patients on an on-call basis, ensuring seamless care coordination and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients using the nursing process
* Develop written plans of care in collaboration with healthcare teams, focusing on individualized patient needs
* Evaluate patient response to care, anticipating changes in patient status and need for nursing interventions
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire OR Compact License: Registered Nurse required at hire
* Basic Life Support certification required at hire
* Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
