We are a dynamic and innovative organization that requires a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our project planning and execution efforts. This role will manage workflows, communicate issues and status using various formal and informal methods, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Workforce Management: Coordinate the work of other technical project managers and producers, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Tactical Planning: Master tactical planning, setting and executing against long-term and short-term time frames to achieve business goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the go-to person for product and related systems questions, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Business Alignment: Balance architecture with business needs, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal results.
  • Change Leadership: Lead change across the studio/division with tactical outcomes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Program Management: Run large projects and programs spanning multiple teams, ensuring effective coordination and resource allocation.
  • Strategic Planning: Communicate strategic plans and participate in strategic planning, building format for strategic plans and leading cross-team communication.
  • KPI Development: Coordinate work with other TPMs and work with leadership to define KPIs and targets, driving business performance and excellence.
