Reporting Structure
The Client Relationship Manager will directly report to the Director of Client Services.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance a portfolio of clients by leveraging your marketing knowledge.
- Prepare and deliver reports on account performance, objectives, and quarterly strategies for client review.
- Oversee the execution and strategy of advertising campaigns.
- Inform clients about social media marketing, industry trends, and best practices.
- Engage in continuous learning to remain updated on digital marketing advancements.
- Identify and propose additional services/products, demonstrating their value to strengthen client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and creative partners to meet client objectives.
- Share account progress and strategic initiatives with team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information effectively in various formats.
- Comprehension of common marketing goals and the elements that contribute to successful marketing.
- Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in computer applications and quick to learn new software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales, consulting, account management, or marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a solid understanding of business principles.
- Experience with paid advertising.
- Experience in a marketing agency is highly desirable.
