Reporting Structure

The Client Relationship Manager will directly report to the Director of Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance a portfolio of clients by leveraging your marketing knowledge.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on account performance, objectives, and quarterly strategies for client review.
  • Oversee the execution and strategy of advertising campaigns.
  • Inform clients about social media marketing, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Engage in continuous learning to remain updated on digital marketing advancements.
  • Identify and propose additional services/products, demonstrating their value to strengthen client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and creative partners to meet client objectives.
  • Share account progress and strategic initiatives with team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information effectively in various formats.
  • Comprehension of common marketing goals and the elements that contribute to successful marketing.
  • Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in computer applications and quick to learn new software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales, consulting, account management, or marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a solid understanding of business principles.
  • Experience with paid advertising.
  • Experience in a marketing agency is highly desirable.
