Client Relations Coordinator

Position Overview:
This dynamic role allows you to play a crucial part in delivering a stellar experience for our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate communication between clients and Technicians, ensuring that both parties are well-prepared for their interactions.

Engage with exceptional clients daily, coordinating service appointments and maintenance schedules while supporting Technicians in their efforts.
Expand your knowledge of the industry and seize opportunities for advancement as the organization evolves. The more expertise you gain, the greater your career prospects.
Champion the company, its employees, and the industry
Conduct outbound calls to remind clients of upcoming appointments, schedule maintenance, provide status updates, and follow up on sales as necessary.
Collaborate with the Service Team to effectively dispatch Technicians based on their skills and geographical location.
Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications for Success:
Previous experience in customer service
Basic administrative skills and familiarity with data entry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Service Titan is advantageous.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent follow-through and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service by building trust, showing empathy, and fostering lasting relationships.
A collaborative team player who interacts well with all levels of the organization, vendors, and clients, thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Compensation:
$16+ based on experience
