At First Federal Savings Bank, our commitment to serving our members and communities has been our guiding principle for over a century. We pride ourselves on our unique culture, which prioritizes meaningful work and offers a range of benefits that come with being part of Idaho's only mutual bank—where our account members are our focus, not stockholders.

Eligible employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays; health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(K) retirement plan; educational assistance; life insurance; and long-term disability coverage.

We also encourage community involvement through paid service hours and our Pay-It-Forward program, allowing our employees to give back to the communities we serve. Since 2003, the First Federal Foundation has contributed over $1.4 million to local non-profits. If you are looking for a meaningful career within a community-oriented team, consider joining us.
