We are in search of a motivated and meticulous Fleet Operations Coordinator responsible for the oversight and upkeep of our diverse fleet units. Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Oversight: Manage the performance and safety of variable fleet units.
  • Inspections: Perform thorough pre and post-service inspections of fleet vehicles.
  • Coordination: Organize light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
  • Repair Scheduling: Collaborate with third-party vendors for mechanical and body repairs, ensuring compliance with all agreements.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel, providing guidance on maintaining fleet health.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in managing rental or fleet vehicles with a solid grasp of repair, maintenance, and customer service.
  • Customer Service: 2-5 years of experience in customer service or client account management, ideally in a B2B service context.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to drive and remain on your feet for extended periods.
