About the Job

As a leading provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions, Paylocity is seeking an experienced Executive Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in payroll services, benefits center, or related roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support and Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with high-revenue clients to understand their objectives and align Paylocity solutions to meet their needs.
    • Represent Paylocity as the primary contact for highest revenue clients, ensuring exceptional service and experience.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Support
    • Deliver professional and reliable service to clients, exceeding their expectations.
    • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and guide clients on product usage.
  • Product Knowledge and Collaboration
    • Stay updated on Paylocity products to maximize client benefits.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
    • Participate in client meetings to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in payroll services, benefits center, or related roles.
  • Experience in project management and help desk environments preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work in teams, and adapt to change.
