About the Role

Dort Financial Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving member satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager in leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed sales goals, member satisfaction targets, and operational excellence.
  • Effectively manage a portion of the daily operations of the branch while ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
  • Create a stable and engaged team by leading by example, providing coaching and development opportunities, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assume responsibility for the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent educational experience.
  • Three to five years of experience performing all aspects of member services in a financial institution required.
  • Management experience in some capacity preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Must be bondable.
