Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • A four-year degree in business administration, sales, or a related discipline is preferred, along with two years of management experience. Alternatively, five years of relevant experience in various skilled roles with leadership duties may substitute for formal education.
  • In-depth understanding of sales techniques and management principles.
  • Strong public speaking skills to effectively address groups of staff and members.
  • Familiarity with financial institution operations and service offerings.
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead teams towards shared objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to resolve conflicts and misunderstandings effectively.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Experience in roles requiring significant public interaction.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs.

This position plays a crucial role in the operational success of the credit union.
