  • Conducts thorough analyses of financial data, providing insights and recommendations to management for operational enhancements.

  • Acts as the branch representative in interactions with members, partner organizations, suppliers, and other financial entities, while seeking opportunities to expand business relationships.
  • Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures through diligent monitoring of branch activities.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned to support branch operations.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • A four-year degree in business administration, sales, or a related discipline is preferred, alongside two years of management experience. Alternatively, five years of experience in leadership roles within various skilled positions may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales strategies and management practices.
  • Proficient in public speaking to effectively engage staff and members.
  • Knowledgeable in financial management and services within the banking sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams towards shared objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of resolving conflicts and misunderstandings effectively.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Experience in roles requiring extensive public interaction.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
