**Key Responsibilities:**

> Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

> Solicit new or renewed business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.

> Manage cash handling and security, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.

> Prepare and process applications, applications, and other business documents with precision and attention to detail.

> Conduct collection activities, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve delinquent accounts and maintain a positive customer experience.

> Assist in the development and training of new personnel, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and high-quality performance.

> Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems, ensuring easy access to critical business information.

> Prepare and assemble reports for remittance and branch records, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.

> Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.

> Provide tax preparation services, utilizing tax preparation software to accurately prepare individual tax returns.

**Requirements:**

> Prior experience in customer service, with knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.

> Valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record, with access to reliable transportation for business use.

> Proficiency in computer software and ten-key calculator operation.

> High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
