Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front end, sales floor, and back stock areas.
- Process member transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
