Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Requirements:
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Physical Demands:
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
