Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and providing tours.
  • Account Management: Facilitate updates to member accounts, respond to member questions and concerns, and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Club Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Background: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Ability to use basic computer software and systems.
  • Passion for Fitness: A genuine interest in fitness and health is essential.
  • Positive Attitude: A friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude is required.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Demands
  • Standing and Walking: Continual standing and walking during shifts.
  • Talking and Communication: Continual talking in person or on the phone during shifts.
  • Lifting: Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
