Member Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving member issues, and promoting Sam's Club products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide member service by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, reviewing member receipts, and acknowledging members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and process member purchases in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Promote Sam's Club products and services to members, providing guidance and support on self-service technology and other services.
- Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork and logs, and executing emergency response procedures.
- Assist with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures, teaching new technology and tool functionality, and delivering new program rollout training.
- Customer Service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, associates, and management.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
