Senior Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and growing new accounts within a large base of small to mid-sized law firms in an assigned territory.
You will utilize your prospecting and consultative selling skills to identify opportunities to provide FindLaw web-based marketing and advertising solutions to your current or prospective customers.
You will also partner with our internal client management team to support the post-sales satisfaction and retention of existing FindLaw customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Attain sales targets and quota on a monthly basis in assigned territory
- Consult with clients regarding web-based marketing strategies and solutions that will meet their business needs and will improve their ability to generate business
- Strategically grow a customer base through prospecting and cold calling
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding existing and new clients to identify and resolve client concerns; establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
- Be actively in the field with some overnight travel (based on territory) to various client sites
About You
You're a fit for this role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 2-3+ years B2B online marketing, media sales, and digital marketing experience including SEO, website development, PPC, online advertising, and social media (required)
- Consultative sales experience utilizing data-driven marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on customer needs
- Legal industry knowledge and experience preferred
- Technical aptitude (MS Office, internet applications, )
- Must reside within your territory and have the ability to travel with some overnight trips
