About the Role:

As a Sales Growth Representative, you will drive the performance and success of your territory by executing a strategic sales plan to generate and develop business opportunities across schools and organizations in your area. You will establish relationships, maintain existing ones, and grow your business. This role makes a significant impact and is trusted by athletic directors, coaches, educators, booster clubs, and their communities to support the programs we serve.

A Day in the Life
  • Grow business and achieve sales targets by developing and executing a territory plan.
  • Earn credibility as an industry expert for athletic directors, coaches, group leaders, and administrators.
  • Understand customer objectives and articulate relevant technology and industry trends.
  • Represent us at events to influence sales opportunities.
  • Build and cultivate customer relationships at schools, districts, club sports.
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within our systems.
Estimated Salary Range:

$40,000 - $70,000 per year, plus uncapped commission with an average OTE of $70K - $175K in year one.

We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure based on individual performance and sales growth. Our compensation package includes a base salary of $40,000, plus commission that can take total earnings up to $175,000 in the first year.
