Job Title: Lead Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Lead Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the executive team. This role will oversee contract coordination, scheduling, data management, ordering, and monitoring state portals to ensure timely updates. Additionally, the Lead Administrative Coordinator will provide support to the human rights committee and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain leadership team meeting agendas and notes
  • Collect and organize data into spreadsheets in Excel
  • Schedule appointments for the Chief of Staff
  • Manage office purchasing and inventory
  • Perform copying, printing, and scanning tasks
  • File and shred documents
  • Handle mailings and emails
  • Coordinate contracts
  • Support the human rights committee
  • Adhere to agency policies and procedures
  • Maintain positive working relationships with team members
  • Communicate effectively with the team
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED and 3-4 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills
  • Critical thinking and independence
  • Alignment with our mission and values
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
