About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Behavioral Health Network. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Substance Use Recovery programs by providing administrative support to the program leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the program leadership team, including managing administrative tasks, tracking licensing regulations and applications, and overseeing compliance with record-keeping requirements.
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate meetings and interviews for program management, attend meetings, and provide relevant updates.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with BHN employees, potential employees, and other organizations and agencies.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Develop a working knowledge of SUD program regulations and BHN policies, and maintain attention to detail in completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required); Associate's Degree (preferred).
  • Experience: Two years of experience in human services (preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, flexibility, and a cooperative attitude.

BHN's Substance Use Recovery programs include designated substance use disorder treatment centers, clinic- and outreach-based medication-assisted treatment programs, and peer recovery supports. Our scope of services helps adults working to overcome drug and alcohol addiction and provides additional supports within the community for various needs, including co-occurring mental and behavioral health needs.
