Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Manage Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and objectives.
  2. Content Creation and Curation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Threads, to highlight our expertise and thought leadership.
  3. Monitor Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and leverage them to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development Teams: Work closely with our marketing and business development teams to create bold, innovative social media campaigns that position our lawyers as trusted advisors.
  5. Measure and Report Performance: Use analytical tools to measure the success of our social media activities and provide reports on ROI and performance metrics to guide future strategies.
  6. Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all social media activities comply with our legal and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications: A degree in marketing or communications is required.
  • Minimum 8 Years of Marketing Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience is required.
  • Proven Social Media Experience: A proven track record of experience in social media marketing is required.
  • Strong People and Project Management Skills: Excellent people and project management skills are required.
  • Excellent Copywriting and Editing Skills: Excellent copywriting and editing skills are required.
  • Familiarity with Web Design: Familiarity with web design is a plus.
  • Strong Understanding of Social Media KPIs: A strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO is required.
  • Experience with Social Media Management Tools: Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms is required.
Compensation and Total Rewards Package

We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package to our business support team members, including comprehensive health and well-being benefits, personal and professional development opportunities, career growth opportunities, and a collegial and supportive culture.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $105,000 - $158,000 in NY, which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
