Rilla is a leading virtual ridealong software that's changing the way sales teams work. We're growing 20% MoM and need a skilled Growth Lead to help us scale our sales organization.
**Key Responsibilities**- Owning the entire revenue funnel from prospecting to lead qualification, handoff to account executives, and upselling from account managers.
- Developing and implementing a data-driven outbound sales strategy focused on prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Building and managing a high-performing sales development team with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and skills development.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record in evolving sales organizations within hypergrowth companies.
- Taking a revenue organization from $10M to at least $100M in ARR.
- Built and executed winning inbound and outbound motions across all segments.
