Head of Data Revenue

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic partnership lead with a 'hunter' mentality to join our team and take ownership of leveraging Roku's first-party data assets to unlock and accelerate new revenue opportunities. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, has experience building SaaS/DaaS businesses from the ground up, has operated within matrixed organizations, and is comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ad tech, digital media, or a related field, with a proven track record in data sales, strategic partnerships, and complex SaaS/DaaS negotiations. They will be a proactive and strategic thinker that has a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, with a deep understanding of identity, ACR data, and its role in enhancing media performance for advertisers. The successful candidate will also be able to lead high-value negotiations that drive 7-figure ARR and possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across internal teams.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $157,000 - $265,000 annually, along with benefits such as health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
