Role Overview

As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success at Comcast Corporation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting and analysis of sales data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on sales performance, revenue metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Data Analysis: Conduct deep dives into sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Sales Forecasting: Work closely with finance, sales, and marketing teams to create accurate revenue forecasts and partner with growth planning to support annual sales planning, including bottoms-up forecasting and budgeting.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the Salesforce development team and revenue operations team to enhance sales processes, tools, and data hygiene.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (including finance or accounting), statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience in sales analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, or SQL. Experience with data visualization tools like Looker desired but not required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to all levels – from sales analysts to senior leadership.
