About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Gong. In this role, you will be responsible for managing prospects from lead to close, providing an exceptional customer experience, and cultivating lasting relationships with customers. A strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant closing experience in addition to outbound SDR/BDR experience. Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience, with clear examples of closing deals $50-$250K, is highly preferred. You should be able to clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant closing experience in addition to outbound SDR/BDR experience
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience, with clear examples of closing deals $50-$250K
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized individual

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual OTE of $160,000 - $210,000 USD. The total compensation package may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
