The Senior Construction Project Leader - Infrastructure will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring project completeness, adherence to design specifications, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Requesting necessary clarifications from the design team.
  • Overseeing all phases of the construction project, which includes:
    • Initial design
    • Development processes
    • Engineering oversight
    • Contract management
    • Material procurement
    • Daily monitoring and management of construction activities
    • Financial management
    • Bank requisition processes
    • Final punch list and change order procedures for the client.
  • Preparing financial budgets and reporting capital expenditures to senior management.
  • Managing the construction schedule, budget, and overall timeline.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and clients.
  • Ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
  • Conducting evaluations after project completion.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Construction Project Leader - Infrastructure will possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, successfully leading projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience collaborating with public sector agencies.
  • PMP, CCM, or PE certification is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills.
